Due to the nature, size, and weight of our home and office furniture, delivery costs are necessary. We have carefully calculated our rates to ensure they remain as affordable as possible while maintaining reliable service.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been received and processed:
- Gauteng: Delivery within 1–3 working days
- Rest of South Africa: Delivery within 3–7 working days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and logistics factors.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs vary depending on:
- The weight and size of the items purchased
- The distance and location of the delivery address
Once your order and delivery details are received, we will contact you to:
- Confirm product availability
- Confirm delivery costs
- Confirm the estimated delivery timeframe
Important Delivery Information
- Delivery dates provided are approximate only.
- While we endeavor to deliver within the advised time periods, delays may occur due to third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Carriers cannot specify an exact delivery time.
- We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses caused by delivery delays.
- Failure to meet an estimated delivery date will not be grounds for cancellation of the sale.
- Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
- Goods will only be delivered to the address provided on the order.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Goods will not be left unattended.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery.
- If no one is available at the agreed time and the delivery agent cannot make contact, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us via phone or email.
After Dispatch
If the goods have already left our warehouse:
- You will be liable for the delivery fee.
- A 10% cancellation fee (of the total price of the goods) will apply.
Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been returned to and inspected at our warehouse.
If cancellation is initiated by Sovereign Interiors, no cancellation fees will be charged.
